PaxOcean Group, officially represented in the Greek Shiprepair market through our office, is a group of shipyards strategically located at the crossroads of the worlds’ busiest shipping lanes. Established in 2007, PaxOcean is part of Kuok Maritime Group under Kuok Group Singapore. The Group specializes in the construction, conversion, and repair of marine and offshore assets across both conventional and renewable energy sectors, operating five shipyards in Singapore, China, and Indonesia, and an MRO facility in Saudi Arabia.
With Headquarters in Singapore, the PaxOcean Group has leveraged on its strengths & collective experience of over 70 years and emerged as a premier marine enterprise, with facilities spread across key locations in Southeast Asia & China.

PaxOcean Singapore (Singapore)
PaxOcean Singapore: As from November 2025 PaxOcean Singapore has moved to 5 Jalan Samulun.
Located in the heart of Singapore’s maritime hub and being strategically positioned within the Jurong Industrial Estate, PaxOcean offers close proximity to key OEMs and suppliers, with seamless access to PaxOcean Batam via a 45-minute sail. The site is also just a 45-minute drive from Changi Airport and 20 minutes from the city center.
5 Jalan Samulun (5JS) represents the next generation of PaxOcean Singapore’s shipyard capabilities. Spanning 172,600 square metres, the facility features two graving docks and one floating dock, enabling our principals to handle docking and repair works for vessels of up to Suezmax size. With expanded capacity and purpose-built infrastructure, 5JS strengthens shipyard’s ability to deliver more complex and technically advanced projects with greater efficiency, scale, and reliability.
PaxOcean Singapore shipyard is adequately equipped to accommodate a wide range of vessels, from offshore & specialised vessels and commercial ships, with the capacity to handle vessels up to Suezmax size. Our principals are committed to environmental responsibility, proudly holding BCA Green Mark Platinum and SLE (Super Low Energy) certifications. Shipyard’s facility is powered by large-scale photovoltaic panels that harness renewable energy, complemented by an energy-efficient ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system that optimizes climate control while minimizing energy consumption. This commitment to sustainability drives our principals’ efforts to reduce the environmental impact and support a greener future for the maritime industry.
The new facility of PaxOcean Singapore houses iHub5, an Innovation Hub designed to serve as the nexus for deep-tech development, strategic partnerships, and advanced R&D. iHub5 focuses on key areas such as digital twins, IoT, carbon capture, electrification, and alternative and green fuels. Through facilities like the Simulation Centre and Virtual Environment Test Bed, our principals enable the co-creation and test-bedding of emerging technologies. Also, by fostering collaboration across their ecosystem and leveraging cutting-edge capabilities, iHub5 drives business growth, accelerates the industry's decarbonization journey, and supports the transformation of the marine and offshore sectors towards a more sustainable future.
